I make sleek and generally simple iPhone\iPod Touch themes. My themes for purchase are updated on a regular basis, and all customers can make requests for new icons. This way, you shouldn't have to worry about a few plain icons sticking out and ruining the zen of your pretty little gadget. My free themes do have many icons, but I'm now only taking requests for them from people who have donated. Sorry, I got busy and poor :(
